Meet Our Corporation Board Members
Abingdon & Witney College's Corporation Board consists of 18 governors drawn from the local community and includes representation by staff, students and one parent . The main role of the Board is to determine the strategic direction of the College and members have a shared corporate responsibility, in a non-executive role, for:

Determining the College’s educational character, mission, vision and ethos

Approving the annual budget and 3 year financial plan and for ensuring solvency, financial probity and safeguarding of assets

Approving retention and achievement targets, raising standards and monitoring academic achievement
-
Setting a framework of pay and conditions for all staff.
