Witney Campus Re-development

Abingdon & Witney College has drawn up plans for a £7m development to rebuild parts of its Witney campus.The Witney campus will be redeveloped in an exciting design of new build and creative refurbishment designed to inspire students as well as enhancing the town centre of Witney.

This new development will be a mixture of new buildings and refurbished, providing an exciting and innovative learning environment for students and staff. It will enhance the town centre of Witney, in particular Welch Way and Marriotts Close, enhancing the street scene and raising the front-facing profile of the College.

The scheme will enable the introduction of new technologies into the curriculum and bring Hairdressing onto campus in a purpose built salon that will be open to the public.

By retaining the town centre site, the College can ensure the wider population of West Oxfordshire is well served in terms of education and training for young people and employers.
