We are looking for an inspirational and conscientious individual to join our highly successful Accounting team delivering a range of modules within the Level 3 Diploma in Accounting.

 

You should be a skilled communicator, have excellent organisational skills and have experience of teaching a range of abilities.

 

You should be qualified to at least Level 4 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate a wide range of both academic and practical skills.

Lecturer - Biology & Chemistry

We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational teacher, experienced at teaching on A’level Science and BTEC Applied Science programmes. Experience of teaching at level 2, GCSE maths and sciences would also be advantageous. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving forward success rates and achieving high grades through assessment for learning. You must be qualified to at least degree level (or equivalent) in your science specialism and also have a teaching qualification. Knowledge of the FE sector would be desirable.

Witney Catering Assistant

Must be able cook to a high standard and have an understanding of healthy eating and a modern approach to food offerings. You must have experience working in the catering industry.

Must be able to work well in the team but equally well under own initiative.

Job will include cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas plus some vending.

Central Services Administrator - Fixed Term

This role aims to provide a complete administrative service to students and staff which will primarily include front of house reception work for the Common Leys Campus. The successful applicant will need to show flexibility in working hours, be prepared to change the way they work to reflect organisational changes, have a great sense of humour and be a people’s person with excellent customer service skills. Secondary tasks include any administration associated to the Central Service Department.

 This is a fixed term post to cover Maternity Leave. Start date Tuesday 10th April 2012. Anticipated finish date 26th October 2012.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational individual to join our Science & Mathematics team teaching A’level Science and BTEC Applied Science programmes. Ideally your experience should be in teaching the Physical Sciences at Level 3 and also Mathematics to at least GCSE level. You should have a proven track record in driving forward success rates and achieving high grades through assessment for learning.

 

You must be qualified to at least degree level (or equivalent) in your science specialism and also have a teaching qualification. Knowledge of the FE sector would be desirable. 

 

This is a full-time, permanent position but consideration may be given to exceptional candidates who wish a fractional post.  You may be required to teach on both our Abingdon and Witney campuses. There may also be some evening classes

co-ordinate the Gateway Centre in Witney. The role includes teaching, leading a small team, and addressing the needs of students who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning, in order to achieve their full potential via an indvidualised programme.
